The semester package offers students greater insight into conditions for doing business internationally. Students will get an introduction to different topics within international marketing such as market entry strategies, designing the global marketing programme, implementing and coordinating the global marketing programme. Additionally, students will learn about strategic management, the environment, strategic capabilities, strategic purpose, business strategy, corporate strategy and diversification, international strategy, innovation strategies, mergers, acquisitions and alliances, strategy in action.
This semester package is offered in the spring semester for exchange students from partner universities interested in international marketing and business strategy.
